Please note: private counseling from a highly experienced psychotherapist is rarely free. If you cannot afford to pay for counseling, you may leave a question at the end of Dr. Tracy's Advice Column; perhaps it will be one of those Dr. Cabot selects to answer in her column.

However, if you want to assure that your question is answered and you value privacy, Dr. Cabot offers the two counseling options described below. Payment is by either VISA or MasterCard, with your credit card information handled by a secure server. You must be 18 years of age or older, and the credit card must be issued in your name.

This enables you to obtain personalized advice from Dr. Tracy at the least possible cost. If you have a specific relationship question, just click here to leave your question for Dr. Tracy, and she will almost always be able to respond within 2 working days. Your question for Dr. Cabot and her response to you will be treated as private communication and will be handled with the same confidentiality afforded to Dr. Cabot's other counseling clients. The response to your question will be personally written by Dr. Cabot and will be not less than 250 words. (Please be concise with your question; if it exceeds 1,000 words, we will need to get your approval for extra charges, which will increase your cost and delay your answer.)

Personal counseling with Dr. Cabot, at $175 per hour
